Here’s a macro for Arcane Mages involving the most necessary and most damaging spells into your fighting rotation: Arcane Barrage, Arcane Missiles, Arcane Blast and Supernova. As you can see in the macro code below, it also includes Ice Ward and Ice Barrier. Like most other Gnome Sequencer macros, this particular one is supposed to be spammed. It will cycle through the used spells, casting the first one that it’s available.

Since it contains Arcane Barrage twice, evidently it will prioritize on this particular spell. In case you think it doesn’t cast it frequent enough, you can add it one more time. This Arcane Mage macro code also includes the commands that hides the “Spell is not ready yet” messages.

[[/cast Supernova]],
[[/cast Arcane Barrage]],
[[/cast [nochanneling]Arcane Blast]],
PostMacro = [[
/run UIErrorsFrame:Hide()
/console Sound_EnableSFX 1
]],
}

Restrictions:

Required class – Mage
Required spec – Arcane
Required talents – Ice Barrier, Ice Ward, Supernova
Required addons – GnomeSequencer

Tips:

You can add Arcane Power, Arcane Torrent and Presence of Mind spells, along with the trinkets in the post macro if you want. However, since some of these are important CDs, it’s best to keep them on separate keys.

In case you’re leveling your Mage and might have mana issues, you can remove Ice Ward and Ice Barrier from the macro, as you may not need them all the time.
