Making GnomeSequencer macros for Warriors isn’t exactly difficult. You basically throw all the abilities together in the macro, and it pretty much works. Here’s an AoE macro for Arms Warriors. Even though it’s specified for 6.1, it pretty much worked before this patch.

The macro works pretty simply. It begins by casting Berserker Rage, putting Rend and Sweeping Strikes as soon as possible, then following with Bladestorm, Shockwave and Whirlwind. Execute is also in the macro and will be used every time it’s available, except of course, when Bladestorm is up.

Arms AoE Macro 6.1

Arms AoE Macro for 6.1 - Macro Code

Macro code:

Sequences['Arms2'] = {
PreMacro = [[
/targetenemy [noharm][dead]
/cast [nochanneling,combat] Berserker Rage
]],
[[/cast [nochanneling] !Execute]],
[[/castsequence [nochanneling] Sweeping Strikes,Rend]],
[[/cast [nochanneling] Colossus Smash]],
[[/cast [nochanneling] Bladestorm]],
[[/cast [nochanneling] Mortal Strike]],
[[/cast [nochanneling] Shockwave]],
[[/cast [nochanneling] Whirlwind]],
[[/cast [nochanneling] !Execute]],

}

Restrictions:

Required class – Warrior
Required spec – Arms
Required talents – Shockwave, Bladestorm
Required addons – GnomeSequencer

Tips:

As you can see, Slam is not present in this macro. That’s because if you need an AoE spec, it’s best to go with the Taste for Blood as a T3 talent instead of Slam.

You can also throw in the macro Victory Rush if you want, or Impending Victory. But this way the macro will trigger it randomly, when it’s available, and you might not have it up when you need it the most. Therefore, it’s better if you leave it out.

Nonetheless, you can add a PostMacro function and put in your /use 13 or /use 14, if you have usable trinkets.
